Before joining Vedantu, Sinchana worked as a Test Automation Engineer at empower.xyz pvt ltd agile and as a Software Devl analyst 1 at iqvia. During her tenure at iqvia, she was responsible for understanding the requirements and functional specifications of the application, creating and executing test data and test cases, and participating in identifying the test scenarios and designing the test cases. She also maintained and developed web automated test cases that were executed using the Selenium grid. Sinchana has excellent exposure to software development cycle, software life cycle, and bug life cycle. She has good exposure to various SDLC models, test level, test cycle, test design techniques, and defect life cycle. Sinchana holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology, Chikkamagalur. She has a solid tech stack that includes SDET, test, Selenium, Web, CI/CD, Java, and Software Engineer. Sinchana is a quick learner, versatile, adaptable, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She has created a GitLab pipeline for CI/CD development with proper branching strategy and has participated in daily standups, backlog grooming sessions, sprint reviews/demos, and sprint retrospectives. She has also participated in huddles with stakeholders and peers to create an efficient release plan and lead the team during the release cycle.
